Case 1040
This is a 58-year old patient who wished to improve the appearance of her face. She had concerns about the sagging skin on her face and neck and the aging around her eyes. She felt that her upper eyelids had become quite heavy. She underwent a facelift and upper blepharoplasty (eyelid lift) which helped give her a much more “refreshed” and “well rested” look. The patient still has fullness in her lower eyelids but did not want to undergo a lower blepharoplasty. However, she was still very pleased with her results.
Case 1038
This is a 66-year old patient who wanted to address the soft tissue laxity in her face. She wanted full facial rejuvenation to help eliminate the lines around her eyes and mouth and tighten her skin. Dr. Maffi recommended blepharoplasty (eye lid lift), face lift and laser resurfacing. The patient underwent surgery without any complications and is extremely pleased with her results, particularly the significant improvement in the wrinkles and brown spots on her face.

This is a 66-year old woman who felt that over time she has developed some significant signs of facial aging. She was bothered most by the skin and soft tissue laxity on her face and neck. She also had concerns about the signs of aging around her eyes, particularly the “bags” under her lower eyelids. She underwent a facelift and lower blepharoplasty (eyelid lift) which helped give her a much more “refreshed” and “well rested” look. The patient is very happy with her results.

This is 68-year old woman who was concerned about her sagging skin, droopy eyes lids and the overall aging of her appearance. She felt that the puffiness around her eyes and her wrinkled skin made her look much older. To address her concerns, Dr. Maffi recommended that she undergo comprehensive facial rejuvenation, including lower blepharoplasty (eyelid lift), face lift and laser resurfacing. The patient underwent surgery without any complications and extremely happy with her results. Please note that the patient still has residuals wrinkles that will require more laser resurfacing to correct.
