This is a 58-year old patient who wished to improve the appearance of her face. She had concerns about the sagging skin on her face and neck and the aging around her eyes. She felt that her upper eyelids had become quite heavy. She underwent a facelift and upper blepharoplasty (eyelid lift) which helped give her a much more “refreshed” and “well rested” look. The patient still has fullness in her lower eyelids but did not want to undergo a lower blepharoplasty. However, she was still very pleased with her results.
