This is 59-year old woman who was interested in complete facial rejuvenation. She felt that the lines and wrinkles around her eyes and mouth made her look much older. To address her concerns, Dr. Maffi recommended that she undergo multiple combined surgeries, including lower blepharoplasty (eyelid lift), face lift, fat grafting and laser resurfacing. The patient underwent surgery without any complications and extremely happy with her results. Please note that the patient had fat grafting to her lower eyelids, nasolabial folds and around the mouth.
