This is a 38-year old woman who was unhappy with the excessive fullness of her nose. She wanted better definition of the tip of her nose and desired to have a smoother contour. Dr. Maffi recommend a rhinoplasty (nose surgery) to create the shape she desired. The patient recovered from surgery well and is very pleased that her aesthetic goals were met.

This is a 20-year old young woman who was unhappy with the contour of her nose, particularly with the “hump” as seen from her profile. The patient expressed a desire to soften the overall look of her nose. Dr. Maffi performed her rhinoplasty (nose surgery) using an “open” method. During the open method, a small incision is made at the base of the nose in between the nostrils, allowing greater access for reshaping the cartilage. The patient recovered from surgery quickly with no complications. She is so pleased with her results that she wished she had undergone surgery sooner.

This is a 25-year old young woman who was unhappy with the large bump on her nose. She stated that it was most noticeable from the side view. The patient expressed a desire to correct the contour of her nose. Dr. Maffi performed a rhinoplasty (nose surgery) using an “open” method. During the open method, a small incision is made at the base of the nose in between the nostrils, allowing greater access for reshaping the cartilage. Although her results were subtle, it contributed to a marked improvement in her appearance and she is extremely happy.
