This is a 24-year old patient who wished to undergo breast enhancement. She was originally a B cup bra size and wished to increase her breasts size, while maintaining a very natural look. She underwent an augmentation mammoplasty (placement of breast implants) using smooth, round, moderate profile silicone gel filled breast implants, placed underneath the muscle. The implant size was 304 cc on both the right and left side. The patient’s bra size was a C cup after surgery and she was happy with the moderate size increase.
