This is a 51-year old patient who has a history of abdominoplasty with poor scarring by an unknown plastic surgeon. The patient has recently gained a significant amount of weight, which has caused areas of fatty deposits on her lower back, hips and thighs. To address her concerns, Dr. Maffi recommended liposuction to her abdomen, flanks, hips and thighs. She underwent surgery without any complications and is very happy with her new figure. The patient has multiple scars on her thighs from severe burns she suffered from as a child.

This is a 43-year old woman who had complaints of excess fatty tissue on her hips and thighs. Despite a vigorous exercise routine and diet, she had difficulty gaining the contour she desired.
