This is a 73-year old woman who had breast implants placed several years in the past. She felt that, over time, her breasts became “droopy” and she wished to improve upon their contour and shape. She underwent a mastopexy (breast lift/reshaping) and breast implant exchange. The implants utilized were smooth, round, moderate profile silicone gel filled implants, placed underneath the muscle. The implant size was 397 cc on both the right and left side. After surgery, she was very pleased with the results and felt that her aesthetic goals were met.
