Case 1055
This is a 50-year old patient who had undergone prior breast augmentation and lift by another plastic surgeon. Overtime, her implants had created too much fullness at the bottom of the breasts. She wished to have a breast revision surgery to exchange her saline implants and improve the shape. She underwent breast implant exchange with mastopexy (breast lift) and her results left her with “perkier” and rounder breasts. She was very happy with her results. Please note that her scars are still red from surgery and will fade with over time.
Case 1053
This is a 52-year old woman who had previous breast augmentation surgery. She felt that over time her breasts had become “droopy” and asymmetrical. To address her concerns Dr. Maffi recommended a mastopexy (breast lift/reshaping) and breast implant exchange. The patient underwent surgery without any complications and is very happy with the “perkier”, shapelier appearance of her breasts.
Case 1052
This is a 42-year old woman who wished to undergo breast enhancement. Her goal was to have natural appearing breasts, with better shape and contour. She underwent an augmentation mammoplasty (placement of breast implants) utilizing smooth, round, moderate profile silicone gel filled breast implants, placed underneath the muscle. The implant size was 270 cc on both the right and left side. The patient was very pleased with the result and felt that her aesthetic goals were met.

This is a 36-year old yoga instructor who wished to undergo breast enhancement. She already had a fair amount of her own breast tissue. She wished to increase her breast size while maintaining a very natural look. She underwent an augmentation mammoplasty (placement of breast implants) using smooth, round, moderate profile silicone gel filled breast implants, placed underneath the muscle. The implant size was 339 cc on both the right and left side. The patient was very happy with her results.
