This is a 43-year old woman who had complaints of excess fatty tissue on her hips and thighs. Despite a vigorous exercise routine and diet, she had difficulty gaining the contour she desired. Dr. Maffi recommended liposuction to her hips and thighs. The patient is extremely happy with her results and is more confident about her body.

This is a 44-year old patient who had major concerns about her lower body. She could not get rid of excess fat in her abdomen and thighs despite normal methods of diet and exercise. Dr. Maffi performed liposuction of the abdomen, flanks (love handles), hips and things in order to create the results the patient desired. After surgery she recovered quickly and is very pleased with her new appearance.

This is an 18-year old young woman who is a very active competitive dancer. Despite vigorous exercise and a strict diet the patient has a small amount of excess fullness in her abdomen. This is a 32-year old woman who had an excessive amount of residual skin and soft tissue laxity due to massive weight loss. The patient felt very self-conscious when wearing certain clothes and desired a smoother contour of her abdomen. She underwent an abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) and is extremely happy with her appearance. Please note the small bump on the left side of her abdomen is due to her underlying lap band that was placed under her skin during a previous surgery.
