This is a 61-year old man who felt that as he aged he was losing definition in his neck. Dr. Maffi recommended a partial neck lift to deliver a more refined and masculine neck line. The patient recovered from surgery very well is extremely happy with his results.

This is a 41-year old woman who was very concerned about the large hump on the bridge of her nose. She wished to have a slight “scoop” to the profile of her nose as well. The patient underwent a rhinoplasty (nose surgery) without any complications and is very happy with her results.

This is a 44-year old patient who was unhappy with the excess skin and fullness of her neck. She was also concerned about the signs of again on her face. She underwent a neck lift and laser resurfacing to rejuvenate the appearance of her face and neck. The patient recovered very well, with no complications. This is a 58-year old patient who wished to improve the appearance of her face. She had concerns about the sagging skin on her face and neck and the aging around her eyes. She felt that her upper eyelids had become quite heavy. She underwent a facelift and upper blepharoplasty (eyelid lift) which helped give her a much more “refreshed” and “well rested” look. The patient still has fullness in her lower eyelids but did not want to undergo a lower blepharoplasty. However, she was still very pleased with her results.
